WHERE OUR FOODS COME FROM
We choose high-quality and local farms for the ingredients in our daily meals. We have worked with these farms and are happy with the quality they deliver. We believe in cooking with fresh and local ingredients can allow children to experience a healthier and tastier food option.
Founded in 2004, Veritas Farms is a mixed livestock and vegetable farm located in the Hudson Valley. We farm 100 acres in New Paltz, New York.
All of our pork, beef and lamb is pasture raised, and all of our beef and lamb is 100% grass fed. None of our animals are ever given preventative antibiotics or growth hormones and none of our meats are ever injected with dyes or tenderizers. All animals are processed at Hilltown Pork in Canaan, New York, a family owned, USDA and Certified Humane facility
The New York Times described Ronnybrook Farm's products as the “Dom Perignon” of dairy. Ron and Rick Osofsky began bottling unhomogenized milk in glass at the dairy farm in the Hudson Valley that their parents started 70 years ago. Ronnybrook’s “Mission Statement” is to provide a local source of fresh minimally processed all natural dairy products wrapped up in an overriding commitment to the humane treatment of animals.
Tom Cat Bakery, New York City’s leading artisan bakery has been serving our city’s finest tables for over 35 years. Since 1987, we have been handcrafting fine Italian, European style, and French breads in a variety of shapes including dinner rolls, buns, baguettes, batards, boules, pullman loaves, and gourmet sandwich rolls.

Iliamna Fish Co. is a family-owned cooperative; we’ve been fishing together on the Bering Sea in Bristol Bay, Alaska for four generations.
Iliamna Fish Company is simply, almost quaintly, dedicated to providing the world’s best wild salmon. In a domestic market starved for premium wild sockeye salmon, we offer the finest available. We fish completely by hand, using small, 50 fathom nets. We fish out of 20-foot long skiffs, small craft that preserve the quality of our fish, because our fish are not crushed under hundreds of tons of other fish, or roughly-harvested with industrial machinery.
